The loading system consists of multiple level table log storage, vertical log lifter and pushing zone. Multiple level for log storage: Is suitable for correct loading of vertical log lifter. On the ends of the log storage ramps there will be a fixed stop system. Vertical log lifter: Is necessary to transfer logs between levels and pushing zone The log lifter will move vertically on linear guides assuring its travelling precision. It is supplied with a lever system that enables the pick up of the logs from the angled tables and consists of a noiseless damping system that stops the logs when loaded on the lifter. When the lifter is positioned on the log heater feed level, the log is transferred to the pushing zone by means a mechanical lever system which allows the log to be laid down on the heater conveyor system. Pushing zone (Pusher) It comprises a mechanical pusher. The system is entirely controlled via software in order to provide the best possible ramp up and down features as well as smoothness of operation in order to prevent shocks and to thus guarantee a longer lifetime of the system.
