This oven is engineered to age profiles through longitudinal air flow via indirect heating.
ADVANTAGESThe air crosses the baskets from end to end and then is heated up again in the ceiling of the oven. This process is obtained through particular fans engineered to get the most suitable air flow speed through profiles.
The oven is engineered so that just a single length profile has hot air passing through, not the entire ageing oven length. The illustration shows the longitudinal section of the oven. The brown arrows show the air going through the baskets, the violet arrows show the air being heated in the ceiling of the oven.The air is collected in the middle (brown arrows), then it gets heated (violet arrows) and directed downwards into the doors. These are provided with several calibrated openings.
